tabCapture: Captures current-tab audio only after you actively enable audio subtitle translation.
offscreen: Processes audio capture, resampling, and speech recognition streaming in the Manifest V3 background environment.
Host permissions: Allows the extension to read subtitles or webpage text on supported websites and access translation or speech recognition service endpoints.

9.2 Security Limitations and Exemptions

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for information leakage, loss, or damage caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure events, cyberattacks, computer viruses, government restrictions, third-party websites or services, user error, or unauthorized use of the Services.

9.3 Service Termination and Data Handling
